Complete and Incomplete Coordinate Systems F.A.Q.
- Is your model an extension of Lorentz?
Mathematically, there are similarities between the two models. However, Lorentz associates the equations with length contraction and appears to treat his equations as fixed-point equations. The model of Complete and Incomplete Coordinate Systems associates the equations with length and time for oscillating waves, using the Newtonian equations for fixed-point transformations. It also asserts a bi-directional component to wavelength and frequency. My model accepts the presence of an ether, or wave medium, and applies to all types of waves.
